Sunshine

Voor het eerst sinds lang scheen de zon deze namiddag. Normaal moest ik de hele dag werken, maar het was kalm, geen baby's. Ik heb een halve dag vrij genomen. Er lag een berg strijk op me te wachten. Heb me achter het glas van het grote schuifraam geïnstalleerd met m'n strijkplank. Wat doet dat deugd, dat zonnetje ! Buiten is het, dankzij een strakke oostenwind, wel terug behoorlijk koud. De mutsen, sjaals en wanten kunnen voorlopig nog niet gemist worden ! Dit is mijn favoriete model. Deze keer in een felblauw.


For the first time since long, the sun was shining this afternoon. Normally I had to work all day, but it was calm, no babies. I took a half day off. There was an iron mountain waiting for me. Got me behind the glass of the large window installed with my ironing board. What did that feel good, the sun ! Outside, thanks to a tight east wind, it's pretty cold again. The hats, scarves and mittens may not yet be missed! This is my favorite model. This time in a bright blue.

Lonesome sunday

My husband is lucky. He went to Switzerland for a few days for a short ski. Unfortunately, I have to work on monday, so it wasn't possible to join him. Also the children grumbled because they couldn't go too, they have school. 
I have a whole weekend for myself (and the kids) ! Time enough to create !!


This crochet hat is made of a natural merino yarn, blend with silk.

Saturday Shoppingday

This is my latest creation. A super-light grey Alpaca cardigan. This is one for my private collection. Super-light, super-soft and super-warm ! I'll enjoy this vest ! Notice the lovely wicker work on the shoulder part.

I'm lucky my daughter likes modeling for the photo's. It isn't that easy to go outside to take pictures with the rainy weather ! It was in a hurry between two showers.

Warme voetjes

Ze hebben heel wat succes, m'n warme, vervilte slofjes ! Ik maakte er al voor klein en groot, van maatje 22 tot maat 43, voor jong en oud en voor man en vrouw ! Het begint alleen wat moeilijker te worden om aan m'n wol te geraken, de leverancier kan blijkbaar de vraag niet bijhouden. Ik heb nog een vrij grote bestelling geplaatst enkele weken geleden, maar ze is nog steeds niet binnen. 

Deze slofjes hebben een maatjes 37 en zullen binnenkort een paar voetjes verwennen !
